Dell E153FP Monitor Driver problem

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.video (More info?)

I just figured out that I am always booting in to Safe Mode. can someone
tell me why this is happenning? I did not see the Windows registration
screen (and the screens that lead to it) after XP Pro was installed
