Hi,

I’ve got a problem with Activesync (3.7.1). It has worked just fine
until yesterday. If I put my Ipaq 4150 in the cradle Activesync
activates, but keeps on saying that it cannot connect to the Ipaq. Also
clicking connect in the Ipaq connection menu does not work. I have
tried:

soft resetting the Ipaq
restarting the PC
unplugging the cradle

It was hell to get Activesync working op my pc in the first place, so I
hope I don’t have to reinstall…

Please help me! Every advice is more than welcome! If you need more
info let me know.

TIA

Perry

Hi Perry,

Do you have any anti-virus or firewall software running? Also could you
provide the exact error message.
