I am trying to burn a DVD using the Nero6 "Vision Express".

I transfer the relevant files to the screen and go through the instructions.

I have to lower the "Bit Rate" because the files are too long for 1 x 4.7gb
DVD blank.

Nero agrees with everything I do and at the end when is says "Nero is
preparing the files for burning" it get part of the way and then freezes up.

I have left it in such a state overnight - but it stays frozen.

Are there any tricks I should know about. Please help, Frank
