Windows 7 bootsec exe

Hello,
so i have the windows 7 iso file downloaded onto win xp 32 bit machine....using the windows 7'usb/dvd tool it does everything fine until the end whe nit says cant create bootsec file..even though its on the flash drive...im installing on a hrd drive with no os...its diff then the computer im typing on.not upgrading.where can i find the correct bootsec file to add to the flash drive to make it bootable on this new computer

Download the W7 USB tool to create a bootable usb drive, you need a 4GB or larger flash drive.
