Copying to CD Drive E

I am having a problem copying anything to a disk on drive E. I am trying to
Copy a CD and I keep getting a message that says to insert a blank disk in
drive E and there is already one in!! No matter what I do I get the message!
HELP!!!

Start
My computer
right click on the cd drive
properties
recording
Make sure you have a tick in the enable recording box.

Thank you, it was indeed unchecked, so I checked it, however I am still
getting the "no disk in drive" message. It is like my computer isn't
recognizing the E drive. I have done system restore, and uninstalled and
reinstalled both drive D and E. I am ready to tear my hair out!! I have
Roxio, and I used to be able to burn things, but now for some reason it won't
work!! I hope you can help!
