VS-L883D from Kworld doesn't see video

I just got a new K-World video capture card from newegg.com. It was rated
well by those who had purchased it before, but I can't get the video to
work. It is a PCI card, running the Conexant CX 23883-19 chip.

It has line in (yellow), SVideo in, L/R audio in (white/red). I haven't
tried the svideo, but I know that he audio works-I just get no video signal.

I've updated the ATI Catalyst (yeah, we used to call these things drivers),
updated DirectX and had no improvement.

Before I RMA this thing, does anyone have any other ideas? Anything obvious
in my hardware setup that might cause a known conflict? I haven't found
much online anywhere, and Kworld's website is a pathetic POS.

512MB RAM
Radeon 9200SE 128MB
DVD-RW
48X CDRW drive
2 each Samsung Spinpoint 40GB drives.
