Hello,
I have an Aspire 5534
When I start it up comes up with a message that window is corrupt due to some recent software or hardware changes.Asks to select windows will automaticaly try to repair. Goes to a blank windows screens and hangs...

Insert the windows 7 disk, start the computer, and select "up grade" this will reinstall the system without erasing your personal files. I have used this method before, and it works.
