PCI-E usage

Hi Members,
I am thinking of buying Intel DP55KG motherboard. This has got five PCI express slots. I have one graphics and two PCI-E cards. So mainly I will use three PCI-E slots. If I use three slots simultaneously, is there any performance related issue/ problem?
