.....Hi there, newbie alert.

A friend of mine has made a dvd of old home video footage with menus,
but they have realised the audio and video are out of sync by about 60ms
- the audio is ahead of the video.

Please can you recommend a windows (XP) based program which will let me
rip this DVD, including the menu system (which has its own audio), allow
me to correct the sync problem, and then burn back onto a new DVD.

Any help appreciated. :D
