I am using Nero 6.6 Ultra. I click into the program and from that point there
is a hangup. I have found out is has to do with my Benq 162i rewrite. Once I
disconnect my USB2 cable the program unfreezes. The message on nero is
SCSI/ide bus, please wait.
I have contacted Nero and Benq, all giving suggestions but nothing working.
I did quaratine a file with my virus scan and it reads
SHAgentNew.dll is the file name in my C:\WINDOWS\system32\ and is listed as
ad-ware.
Can someone help?
