Does anyone know the difference between the Sony G400 and G420S? and which is better?

apparently the G420S has speakers, therefore the s on the end and a slightly higher max. resolution.
You pay for the sony name brand but I've never been disipointed with there stuff. I've got a flat trinitron and love it.
