I would like an image viewer with full screen viewing and resample scaling.

I find Compupic 5.1 for Linux to be very good, but there's no resample scaling. CQView has the same problem.

Irfanview on Windows 98 is very nice (it's got the resampling). I'd like a similar viewer for Linux.

There are a few others mentioned it.
I'm not sure if this will fit your require exactly but "jquery based image viewer" is easy to install and compliant with IE 7+、FireFox 1.5+ (PC, Mac)、Safari2+、Opera9+、Chrome0.3+ .It's simple but support many formats.
