I shall appreciate if someone could point out a way to retain the video
settings in Windows Media Player 10.

I have a slightly old low-brightness monitor. I can set the video settings
to brighten the picture but WMP does not retain the setting like it does
settings for audio - speakers and graphic equalizer.
