VPN Access

User is experiencing problems with VPN acces. RRAS is
woring fine for all other users. This person is
receiving an error when trying to connect. The popup
says "Disconnected Error 721 the remote computer did not
respond." Any sugestions???

Has the client blocked any of the required ports for VPN access using a
firewall?

For L2TP VPN the ports required are UDP 500 and UDP 1701 and UDP 4500 for
NAT-T. If you are using IPSEC, then protocol 50 (ESP) needs to be enabled.

For PPTP connection, you need open TCP port 1723 and GRE protocol [IP 47 or
also known as PPTP pass through] needs to be enabled.
