In my environment, I have many WinXP Pro workstations, and in some cases I
need to connect remotelly to users to config some resources. But the WinXP
Pro close the user session and enable only my remote session. Have not a
admin configuration to do a TS with WinXP, with multiple login?

Open "Help and Support" and search on "Remote Assistance". It will all both you (the Expert) and the user (the Novice) both see the desktop while you fix/explain things...

In addition to Al's information, if you have a domain structure, you can use
the "offer remote assistance" feature. Search Help and support on that
phrase for more information. This eliminates the need for the invitation
process, within a domain, and with the Expert being an administrator in the
domain.
