Computer hangs after RDC disconnection

Hi,

We have a problem with a couple of computers here: RDC
basically only works once, since as soon as we disconnect
the session the remote computer hangs, i.e. when doing ctr-
alt-del all we get is the mouse pointer

It will do that on either logout or disconnect. I have
stopped all unnecessary services & processes with no
success. Any help would be greatly appreciated
