do you agree that lil wayne is the best rapper. he has a good consistency. he makes the most songs out of any rapper today. how to love song won music video of the year. His album Tha carter 4 got double platinum fast. he turned nicki minaj, and drake into good rappers, look how big the are. its all about money these days, and lil wayne has the most money. Sorry 4 the wait is arguably the best album ever that he made.
