I frequently use 'Remote Assistance' and would like to create a Shortcut for either the Desktop or Start menu but have had no luck doing so. It was added to 'Help and Support' as a Favorite but that can't be 'Sent To' anywhere.

Solution found under another topic.

The problem is that the 'Favorite' created in 'Help and Support' contains extra data in the string. The solution is create a Shortcut and paste this string into the location field: hcp://CN=Microsoft%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%20Assistance/Escalation/Unsolicited/Unsolicitedrcui.htm
