Could be a dumb question but I recently abandoned the Palm world for the
IPAQ 4150. I have an IR palm keyboard and was hoping that someone has come
up with a driver for it so I can use it with the IPAQ.

Sorry to ask this but I'm not a Palm user. Who are the developers of this
keyboard? Maybe the first place to have a look is at their site.

Go to www.hp.com and look in support for the drivers for keyboards, maybe
you can find it there

Rob:
If your keyboard is from ThinkOutside (thinkoutside.com to check it
out), then it will work fine with any PPC. The keyboards for the Palm
as well as the PocketPC are identical in mechanism; the only
difference is the color of the keyboard as well as the logo.
Anyway, if it is this brand, then you can head over the website and
download the appropriate driver for your PPC. Works like a charm; I
use it every day.

Great suggestions but, unfortunately, it is a Palm-developed wireless
keyboard and they don't have a driver for the PPC. Nor can I find one on
HP's website.
I'll keep looking - thanks for your help!

That worked like a charm! Thanks. The keyboard is a palm branded version I
guess. Only problem is that the IR slot is on the bottom left instead of
rigth at the top of the device but that just saved me $100CAN.
Thanks again folks!

I think the IR, being in the bottom left, is actually ideal for use in
landscape view...
Try out NYDITOT's NVD and run your PPC in landscape mode while typing...

If it's a Palm Wireless keyboard, then it works just fine with Pocket PC.
I know because I am typing this post with a PWK on my HP 2215! Go to
www.thinkoutside.com and download the drivers for the Stowaway.
