How to create video files with two sound track

Hi,

I have a video file with the sound in english and I want to add it the
sound in french (I have it from an other video file).

Wich codec/tools should I look for ?

VirtualDubMod.
http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net/

Streams -> Stream list -> Add
Video -> Direct stream copy
File -> Save As...
