Analog audio capture on Sony Vaio RS630G

Hi,

Can someone please advise me on how I can capture analog audio on the
sony vaios. These machines have built in soundmax digital audio. I
am trying to bring in audio from a component audio system, in this
case a cassette player.

I am using Nero Soundtrax. But I guess I can use any other capture
software as well. I am just trying to see if these front panel
composite audio ports on the RS630G will allow me capture audio and if
so how I can do it.

I would appreciate some education since I have a few old tapes that I
cannot find cds for.
