Please help me - USB and firewire transfer for Samsung VP-..

Hello all!!!

I have a problem with my video camera - when I try to download the
movie from camera to PC using USB connection, I get a very slowly
final movie, something like a replay.

I tried also firewire port, but my computer it's telling me:

61883 Class Bus Device - This device cannot start (Code 10)

I tried the firewire port with other aplicacations, but it worked
fine.

Also, I installed the latest drivers and software found on the Samsung
site.

I like to transfer my movies to my computer and I need your help.
