Ulead video studio 7 LG GSA-4120B burn problem

I cannot get this software to allow me to create a disc with the above
burner. The option for create disc is just greyed out! I've been to
the Ulead website, updated the burning engine with the latest release
but still no luck.

I'm still quite new to this game and wondered if I was doing something
wrong. Having captured and rendered the image I then go to create
video but there is no MPEG 2 option; I guess this may be one of the
reasons I cannot burn a disc.

Any help much appreciated
