My pc is hanging

Hello,
i am using win 7 operating system,
but my pc gets hangged for 5-10 mins and its each process and performance also stucks in it.

Reinstall windows. It could just be a bad install.
If you didn't just install it, or you can't back up the data, then try looking through the hard drive manager for buttons to check for damaged sectors.
Also, you may just have a full hard drive, and need to clean it out.
