Not so far...but I haven't tried anything too intensive.

Anyway, that's what life is, just one learning
experience after another, and when you're through
with all the learning experiences you graduate and
what you get for a diploma is, you die.

From Pinnacle's knowledge base

<start quote>
We are aware of a problem with Studio 9 and Windows XP Service Pack 2 when
running on AMD 64 processors.

Studio crashes when DEP (data execution protection) is turned on. This is
not that serious of an issue, as DEP is off with the default XP SP2
installation. You will only encounter this problem if:

1. You are using a 64 bit Athlon PC

2. You have enabled DEP for all applications or enabled DEP specifically
for Studio.

The solution is to disable DEP for Studio. Windows XP will offer you this
option when Studio fails.

Microsoft says

<start quote>

to manually configure DEP on the computer:

1.Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click System.
2.Click the Advanced tab. Then, under Performance, click Settings.
3.Click the Data Execution Prevention tab.

Either
4.Click Turn off hardware DEP (software DEP enabled) to select the Opt-in
policy.

Or (more secure)
5.Click Hardware and software DEP enabled for all programs except to select
the OptOut policy.
6.Click Add and add the applications that you do not want to use DEP with.

You need to have admin rights.

Hopefully more than you need to know.
