Remote attempt failure

Have invited a person to help me thru Remote Access. When he answers the call, he gets an error that boils down to "remote host name could not be resolved." My system is behind a router. Could this be the problem, and what can we do to resolve this issue?

Remote Assistance runs over the top of Terminal Services technology, which means it needs to use the same port already used by Terminal Services: port 3389.
