Posted this earlier as a "reply" to another message. Thought it would be
better as new message!

Until recently my local printer at home would become the default printer for
any app running on my office PC when I accesed the office PC vis Remote
Desktop from home. This has stopped happening and I now get the remote
default printer. Can anybody say why? I have tried on the other PC's on my
home network and none redirect printing to the local printer on that PC when
conneceted via VPN to my remote office network. However they do redirect
when I try it on the local network.

BTW. I note that in one of the replies to another question is was said that
the driver for the local printer needs to be installed on the remote PC. I
have never found this neccasary but as it has stopped working I have now
installed it to LTP1 on remote PC but it make no difference. Does it matter
what port it is installed to?
