Hello, I've been unsuccessul to get my JVC DVX4 miniDV camera to
transmit out on Firewire (DV-out) while in camera (live video) mode.
A typical application would be to let it double as a web camera.

It only connects to the PC while set in "Play" mode meaning I can send
tape playback out on firewire but not video coming directly from the
camera lens.

What JVC miniDV cameras support live video out Firewire ?

I have seen some other models of other brands apparently can do this.
