Licensing Protocol Error

Hello,
I am running Windows 7 home edition (32bit) and am getting the Licensing Protocol error when attempting to connect to a Windows 2000 server. This connection works fine on my XP laptop. Any suggestions?

Look and see if the remote desktop connections is still selected and in the Windows firewall the MSTSC have permissions!

I looked at the Windows firewall and it said it's being controlled by Norton. I checked the firewall settings in Norton and MSTSC is set to auto.
