Ulead DVD Player and Region Settings

Hi There,

I recently upgraded my OS from Windows 2K to Windows XP. While I was
on Windows 2K, I was able to play DVD's from all regions. Now I can
not do that any more. The tab for regions information/settings in
Ulead DVD Player has vanished.

I will greatly appreciate it if some one can tell me how I can fix
this problem and able to play all the regions once again.
