cant not connect with remote desktop

hi,

i posted earlier, but left out the error message.
first summary of problem.

trying to connect to a win xp pro machine, i am unable. i
have enabled remote desktop. i have checked the registry
for any policy restrictions but to no avail.

i can connect to the other machines on my network
remotely with no problem, so there are no network
restrictions or closed ports setup by the admin.
i might have missed something on how to enable remote
access, if so any idea.

error is: remote desktop might not be enabled, network
problems or to many connections.
