Hi all,

Just received a replacement H5550 from HP.

When I try and run MSN Messenger I get the error:

"instmsgr.exe...'instmsgr' is not a valid Pocket PC application"

I've tried downloading the latest version from microsoft, but it does not
fix the issue.

Any ideas?

Did you copy the downloaded app to PDA and started it there? You should run
it from PC, to perform the installation.
