This is a darned thing, I finally finished creating a slideshow of the
pictures I'd taken at my friend's wedding and gave it to her yesterday
for her one month anniversary. It turned out really super as my first
"movie" of this type. What I found was disconcerting, though, is
I'd used the playback on my computer to judge the time each image
would be displayed between the fade in and fade out. It was a nice
interval with enough time to read the text for each image.
Unfortunately, two VCDs I created with this slideshow had us reading
like crazy as the images had about 2 seconds knocked off in the
burning process or somewhere. So I read up in the manual and added 2
seconds, or what I felt were 2 seconds, to the default display time in
VV.
But I'm curious, what would be causing this, does anyone know? The
mpg plays just fine, too, but the VCD version doesn't and has the
reduced display time.
I have Win98SE, 128 SDRAM, PIII, 650 MHz with VV4 and a 2-week old DVD
player.
Thanks!
