Hi All,

Hopefully someone can help me out. I'm trying to add titles in FCP4.
There is no problem in adding the actual title, but when it comes to
specifying the font i'm having big problems.

The client's corporate font is News Gothic, but when i spec that it is
replaced with a narrow font that looks nothing like news gothic. now i
have done this succesfully in the past so i tried copying the titles
from another clip in the same series but as soon as it is taken away
from the footage it is rendered against it switches to the wrong font
again. it doesn't matter whether i copy out the title from the old movie
and try to paste into the new one, or delete the video from the old
movie and paste in the new stuff, same problem. I have tried quitting
final cut pro, replacing the font in th efonts folder then re-starting,
but it just doesn't seem to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is in FCP 4 in mac os X Panther

Thanks in advance,

Richie
