apparently this was on the foreign news 2 days after it happened , , , but we have freedom of press and speech - - - right? - - - WRONG!

Yeah, it sucks, I could not watch clip myself... Hoping someone else can elaborate it for me.

I'm trying to remember the name but I think I read a book by one of the broadcasters for Democracy Now. It was very interesting but almost as far left as you can get.

A simple search shows that this film did hit the news here, at least with Reuters. Seems to be a he said she said type thing. The US authorities deny it, and this film maker has some people who said they were witness to it.

This was on the news.. I remember hearing about them getting carted off and some dying in the trucks and stuff because they were being over loaded and stuffed..

but I also remember hearing that taliban had a small incident where they did this and shot up innocent people.. but they were dressed like the resistance..

I think this was propaganda for the taliban.. but they were the ones who did some of it.. I may be wrong though, it was a long time ago.

You sure it was this? There was an incident in Thailand that was the same thing last year.
