Nobody seems to have this problem but me.... please help!!
I do have a Remote Desktop tab under System in Control Panel, however,
I only have the top section (Desktop Assistance with the Advanced
button) but not the bottom section (Remote Desktop section with the
Remote User(or something like that) button). What's going on?

Sounds like your running XP Home which can *NOT* run as a Remote Desktop host...
