hi,

i am looking for a pointer to a 3.3V PCI card for taking NTSC/PAL
video input. the computer i am using is a server motherboard that only
has 3.3V PCI slots. i am looking for a video decoder card (video input
card) that has at 2 or more RCA or BNC style jacks on the back and is
also 3.3V PCI rather than 5V PCI. if anyone has any
suggestions/advice, please drop me an email at osedax_latin@yahoo.com

thanks.

The thought of Osedax Latin cajoles my mind into reminiscing about the
smell of poppy seeds and the image of morning dew making
rec.video.desktop glint in the crisp autumn rays of a mature sun.

It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool,
than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

FYI, alot of the high-end server motherboards that are currently on
the market or soon to be are equiped with only 3.3V PCI-X slots. For
all you know Osedax could be trying to use of those. Heck, wasnt too
long ago I remember seeing 64 bit 3.3V PCI slots either.

Now back to the subject at hand, I remember looking at one of these a
while back.

Or if you have 2+ pci slots, you may be able to pop in 2 or more
higher end model viewcast osprey cards.

True, it could, but since he was also looking for a card with two RCA
connectors... I think we are looking at the obsolete end of the market.

I'm wondering, do you have a price on that card you linked to? quad
imput??

And I't me who usually like to quote old Abe Lincoln, so stop nicking my
material! ;-)

advice. to clarify, i'm looking for 3.3V PCI video input card. if i
can get one that has 4 inputs, then great.
