I have a DVD with two audio tracks. The audio tracks are
embedded into the .vob file. I want to convert the .vob
file into a Mpeg file and be able to keep the two audio
tracks. How can I do it? I found some online help but it
only allow one audio track to be kept. Is there a better
online guide for this?

Try Womble MPEG-VCR Program, there is a free trial or VideoReDo, open the
vob in that program make any changes like take out commercials or not, the
save. It saves the new file as an mpeg2, mpg.
This seems the easiest way besides just renaming the vob file ext. to mpg.
