Who owns one of those combo lcd tv/monitors?

And how are you liking it?

Can all combo units be used as a PC monitor as well as
stand alone TV?

If I wanted to build my own PVR by using a pc and
inserting a PVR/tv card in it...... can I just use a
regular computer monitor as the screen?

Or is there some value to buying a combo lcd tv/monitor
that has a TV tuner and speakers built into the monitor
rather than using a stand alone monitor?

Yes. newegg.com has a big selection of tv cards starting at around $33 plus
shipping.
