Hi Gary,
Thanks for the reply and I'm sorry to hear that you're continuing to have
problems.
I've received dozens of e-mails from folks who have successfully watched
and/or downloaded the files (they e-mailed to say thanks actually). None of
them reported the problems you're having.
It's possible that you have Quicktime as your default web viewer (this can
happen upon installation). If don't have the "Pro" version, it won't show
MPEG files, which would explain your error message. You should be able to
change the default web viewer, so that this doesn't occur.
