Outgoing - it is possible but I have never tried..
Incoming - No...

I've done at least three PPTP outbound VPN's simultaneously. Not sure what
the limiting factor would be. I've got a small office full of machines with
inbound VPN enabled--sometime I'll have to give this a try.
