We are looking at implementing Remote Assistance in our company through the use of Microsoft Outlook. We plan on setting it up as 'Offer Remote Assistance' as opposed to 'Solicited Remote Assistance' to eliminate use from user to user. Any problems are currently e-mailed to our IS Request line (basically like a mini help desk). If a user sends an e-mail to notify of a problem and we are set up under 'Offer Remote Assistance' how can we (IT Staff) as the expert send an offer to help them through Remote Assistance? Or do they have to send a seperate request for us to help them?
