I know you can do a RAS connection with a direct cable connection so I set
up a direct Cable Connection via hardware manager but when I go into Network
Connections; Add Connections; Set up an Advanced Connection; Accept Incoming
Connections. After I click it it tells me to check the system events log.
So I do and then right at the top is a error message here is the exact
message from Notepad.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7024
Date: 8/11/2004
Time: 9:49:00 AM
User: N/A
