2 NIC cards in one XP cpu

You can't have 2 cards on the same subnet. Only one will be used since they
both go the same place.

If you can give the XP machine and the printer static IPs (NOT in the range
of your other networks) and install the printer on the XP machine, you might
be able to share it as a shared resource (as if the printer was directly
connected to the XP machine).

You might be able to find a hardware solution such as a wirless bridge OR
you can set up a real router (use a Windows Server product - at least
Windows 2000).

You might be able to bridge the adapter on the XP machine - I haven't tried
that, but the network_web newsgroup might have a solution.
