I have a HP/iPAC 2215 and I'm looking for a program or tweek that well
change the screen orientation. I have tweak2tweak, I thought it might have
something that might work, but not....... I've also tried two other
programs, (JS Landscape and Nyditot Virtual Display) they both gave very sad
results and I don't need to change the other display property's, tweak2tweak
serves that purpose very well. I've scoured the internet but haven't found
any good prospects, does any one have any ideas ??????

Thanks

Nyditot works pretty well with the h2210/h2215. What seems to be the
problem with it?

It acts slow and glitchy, it doesn't integrate with the programs I'm using
it with (EI and a couple of games), I've tried reloading.......

I have a 2210 which is exactly the same as your 2215, and I have NTDITOT
3.22 installed on it and I see no difference in response times... once it is
on landscape view, there should be no impact on speed.

Next, there is an option there to choose left landscape or right landscape.
Pick from this list and do not touch any of the icons that have the image of
a PPC on portrait or landscape modes... This gets a bit confusing. Just
rely on the drop down list and you will be fine.

What may impact your PPC's speed may not be NYDITOT's NVD, but the amount of
memory left when running your apps, specially if you are using a multiple
window application for Pocket IE. I try to keep a lot of RAM free and use
MultiIE for viewing multiple windows in PIE. I also do not use the rotate
without reset feature as this does not adjust the screen attributes to work
perfectly with the Pocket PC's screen format. The rotate without reset is
just a workaround but not a perfect one IMHO.

If you can wait longer and decide to keep your PPC even with the new PPCs
out in the market, it might be a good idea just to get the WM2003SE update
for the 2210/2215 which should be out after the new devices have launched.
When? I really have no idea yet, but HP seems to be moving in that direction
of offering one for the 2210/2215 series anyway...

Been using Dotpocket also. Found it more stable than Nyditot on my HP2210.
