m2v file. what do I do with it?

I told TMPGEnc to create a DVD from my 10GB avi file (transferred from
my DV camcorder). It created a 3.5GB .m2v file. What the f--- am I
supposed to do with it now???????????

Read the HOW TO articles at http://www.videohelp.com/

You should also have a .wav file with the same "left side" name

You now use AUTHORING software to create the special file structure
needed for a movie dvd

What you told Tmpgenc to do what create the Video Stream. You may have to
run it again on the AVI file and tell it to now create the Audio stream. If
you don't want to futz with seperate video and audio streams, take a close
look at the selection buttons down in the lower right.
