On the downed pilot level---in the mine at door with flashing radio
controlled bomb symbol --but don't have a rc bomb. Now what? HELP! TIA

Ignore it for now, just keep going, you will get to a point where your told
to get out of the mineshaft. On your way back the mine keeps collapsing and
when you get back to this point the doos blocked off... except the door with
the flashing RC symbol... only now, you have some RC bombs so you can get
thru, funny that!
