someone is logging on with my ip address

Someone has completely taken over my operating system. i
cant get windows update i have problems getting to
websites i cant change passwords etc the lists goes on
and on...they also keep adding anonoymous logon to the
registry key.....can someone please help me how to get
these security issues where no one can logon.. please
email me.. Thanks

Sounds like a virus/Trojan or something else along a similar note.

You should try 2 things:

Install and run Ad-aware from www.download.com

Perform an online virus scan from
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp

Let us know if that works.

Disconnect computer from all external bounderies.
Reinstall XP
