Download a program called "Half-Live Model Viewer" is has a mode when
viewing models called "Hitbox".

Of course, you'd have to also somehow extract the model from the core steam
files. Don't ask me how to do that sorry...

I think http://www.milkshape3d.com has a link to the viewer. Plus milkshape
can allow you to create your own skins, but I think the hitboxes are related
to the HL skeleton which each model has.
