When trying to access the CDDB2 database at the Creative
web site through Creative Media Source get the following
message:
There is another CDDB process running at the same time.
Try again after the process has completed.
This problem seems to have recurred since we recently
upgraded our XP system to service pack 2.
It was previously a problem which we had fixed previously
using Creative's KnowledgeBase Solution ID # 2495.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this
problem? If so I'd love to hear any suggestions anyone
might have.
Please advise ASAP.
